Luangwa Confrontation

£7500.00

This is my first large wildlife painting in a few years, about 20 by 40 inches, in oil on canvas. It depicts two hippos having a confrontation in the South Luangwa River in Zambia, based on a safari my wife and I took. I’ve called it "Luangwa Confrontation." It’s framed and ready to hang. Interestingly, we were there at the same time as a BBC crew filming the very same hippos for an upcoming documentary. I had a lot of fun capturing the scene.
